 Michelin's North American community relations efforts are coordinated through our headquarters in Greenville, South Carolina. Involvement comes from the commitment and local participation of employees in 19 plants at 17 locations around the United States, Mexico and Canada.
Michelin North America has invested millions of dollars in the communities where our employees live and work.
We're proud that these investments have already impacted programs as diverse as K-12 Math and Science, Safer Mobility with the SCDOT and environmental activities with the South Carolina Wildlife Federation. We are also excited about our partnerships with Clemson University and the ICAR Initiative.
Through science and engineering, we're helping to fund high-tech automotive research and development. Our Performance and Responsibility report provides an annual detail on this and all our progress in finding a better way forward™.
